According to the prescription, the period for protecting to fix our company’s Machine is one year. (From the day when you have the invoice) During this period, any belongs to under normal usage circumstance cause because of the product quality´s problem of breakdown, our company will be responsible for giving free maintain.

Free maintain won’t be given under the following circumstance:

1、Without Protection to fix warrantees, or repair label ripped off.
2、The breakdown caused by the manipulation that hasn’t follow the requests of the Manual.
3、The damage caused by the dismantle movement of a non-our-company authorized maintainer.
4、The breakdown, row harm or damaged because of the move or drop.
5、The damage caused by customer inappropriate preservation, maintain, or the usage.
6、Easy damaged pieces and present accessories are not concerned.
7、The breakdown and the damage caused by the Force majeure.
8、Several parts are not for free( the TFT-LCD,LCD panel), though in the warranty period.

 

Need to know before or after place an order 

  Please let us know all of your requirement about the products when you place the order, so that we could send the products according your request. If you did not mention any requirement, we will send the products as the same as our website.

    
  After you place an order, you will get an invoice from our sales as soon, and the valid period is 5 work days base on the date of the invoice.

 

Jeasun Delivery warranty

  We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.


  Delivery Failure Scenarios:  The package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you.Jeasun will re-send the goods. In practice such cases are very rare, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services.An Air Mail package has not arrived after a long time.You have the right to complaint after the delivery deadline has expired. These cases are rare, and if this ever occurs, we will inform you of the delivery deadline for your package, which will be something like 30-60 days. A multi-part delivery arrives missing some items or packets.In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. With the correct documentary proof through the courier company reporting process, Jeasun will re-send the goods.Items in the packet arrive in a damaged condition.In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. Provided you follow through the correct reporting process, the goods can be handed back to the courier and Jeasun will send new goods or give a refund. If you do not immediately follow the courier´s reporting procedure, and thus no adequate documentation is available to prove the goods arrived damaged, we will offer advice on a case-by-case basis about whether you can return the goods to China for replacements or a refund.

 


Cases Where Jeasun Does Not Accept Liability 

  You (or the consignee) must accept delivery of the goods. If the delivery fails because you were not at home, or the delivery details were wrong, or the recipient fails to accept the goods, or the courier cannot reasonably verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods, or other similar scenarios beyond our control, we will not accept liability and no compensation is available.


  You (or the consignee) are solely responsible for the import of the goods. Therefore in the event of a delivery failure due to you refusing to comply with import requirements, or due to your chosen import paperwork detail, no compensation is available. Example cases include (but are not limited to): you (or the consignee) refusing to pay import tax, duties, or other charges; you (or the consignee) refusing to pay additional levies and fines resulting from the detail of the imported goods such as restricted items, misclassified items, or allegedly under-declared products; you (or the consignee) failing to respond in time to requests for ID, invoices, or other import related paperwork from Customs representatives or the delivery company; any situation where the goods are seized, destroyed, or turned back due to your country´s customs or import regulations and/or taxes and/or import paperwork.


  To ensure successful delivery, particularly of larger shipments, we strongly recommend you personally undertake rigorous research of your local destination laws, regulations, and common practices in relation to imported goods and taxation. For large shipments you should hire a licensed Import Broker.

 

Taxes, Customs, Duties 

  Import Duty and Sales Tax Charged By Your Country:       Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. Some countries do not. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.
Whatever you order from Jeasun, we will send you. We won´t enforce any rules so it´s up to you to make sure that what you are buying is OK to import in your country.
Many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anything from overseas. These are (1) Sales Tax (VAT); (2) Import Duty. Usually these taxes are not very high, and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand, many countries do not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments.
 

  Declared Value: Packet Value Affects Tax :   Usually, importing big quantities of goods from overseas is controlled by your country´s customs quite strictly, but smaller quantities can be imported more freely. The definition of "big quantity" and "small quantity" (often defined by a value "threshhold") varies from country to country.


  The term "advalorem" in import taxes means that the tax you have to pay is calculated as a percentage of the total value of the goods (+sometimes the shipping too). Obviously there would be an advantage to declare the value of the goods lower in such cases. This is known as "under-declaring" the goods and is not permitted, despite being widespread practice. Any customization you request from us in regard to declaration value on the shipping paperwork is at your own risk.
